BorneoGPT User Agreement ​

This agreement applies to BorneoGPT official site and all its associated services.

I. General Provisions ​

1.1 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and BorneoGPT ("Site") regarding your use of our services.

1.2 Users must thoroughly review and understand all terms contained herein before accessing our services. Use of the Site indicates complete acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

II. User Conduct Requirements ​

2.1 Users shall comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Dissemination of hate speech
  • Promotion of violence
  • Distribution of explicit content
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Privacy violations
  • Content that violates Malaysian cultural and religious sensitivities

2.2 Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise Site security through:

  • Scripting tools
  • Hacking attempts
  • Reverse engineering
  • Any other unauthorized technical measures

2.3 Users shall not abuse shared resources through:

  • Excessive API calls
  • Automated mass requests
  • Any actions causing unreasonable server load

2.4 All user-generated content, including questions, responses and data, becomes Site property. The Site maintains full rights of interpretation and disposition.

2.5 Violation Consequences:

  • Initial warning issued
  • Continued violations result in account ban
  • Appeals possible through administrator contact
  • After 7-day ban, user data deletion
  • User bears all associated losses

III. Liability Limitations ​

3.1 Users accept full responsibility for any damages caused to the Site or third parties, including legal fees and compensation costs.

3.2 While the Site commits to data preservation, users assume risk for losses due to:

  • Server outages
  • OpenAI account issues
  • Technical failures

IV. Agreement Modifications ​

4.1 The Site reserves the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
